Nau The Andersons have edited and written perhaps the best recent books on Ronald Reagan (see also Reagan's Secret War). Their accounts are meticulously documented from recently declassified and discovered materials from the Reagan presidency. While they both worked for Reagan, this careful documentation makes their work more reliable than that of some independent scholars and historians who despite their detachment cannot disguise their dislike of Reagan's politics and policies.

Reagan was not unlike general/president Eisenhower in his analytical ways. I learned much new material from this book. Good price and delivery via Amazon. Thank you.

Great Man, Great Decisions By don't look back Let me say I agree in advance with all the people who will say you shouldn't review a book you haven't read. That said I felt I had to set the record strait on RR and the historically illiterate 1 star screed. Except for the closed mind set every serious person from left to right recognize that at a minimum Reagan was one of our best presidents
