1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. I enjoyed it. By T. Tomlinson I read a lot of alternative history, but I've never read anything with a metaphysical take on it like this (and I've never read a "Girls Own" story before either). Quite the ripping yarn.

You're quickly drawn in to the plight and motivations of the main characters and the supernatural/metaphysical elements provide an interesting twist on a very captivating story; it was a very enjoyable read!
