Bearing The Long Road Home is such an emotional, fitting conclusion to the Ice Bear Shifters series.Seth because of the physical and emotional scars he bears – and Chloe because of the humiliation and mental, emotional scars that she bears are truly the perfectly fated mates. Two people who on the surface should be mortal enemies. One woman who bears an enemies clan name but never took part in the rampages that their insane alpha ordered. One man who lost almost everyone he ever cared about because of one crazy alpha’s quest for absolute power and killing. Both bear scars – both deserve a second chance to find a life beyond that clan war. Of course a romance between the two will be difficult for the Northern Lights Clan to accept, at first. But there is always hope, when there is love.If you have followed the Ice Bear Shifters series from the beginning then you’re probably aware that the series was supposed to stop at #5, Neal’s story. I am so very grateful that James and Seth got their stories told as well. Seth’s story and the epilogue at the end is such a perfect wrap up for this series of amazing men and woman. This is a story that I believe you really need to read.And maybe one day we’ll get the cubs’ stories as well. I would really love to see what these cubs who grew up in a life without a clan war can bring to their new mates… but that’s my own wishful thinking.

By Sarah Womble/Susan Ryan Sloane Meyers is finishing up her Northern Lights Bears with this last book. She went out with a bang. I have to say this may be the best of all the gooks. The story line is based on living your life and learning to heal the pain and hate. Forgiveness plays a big part in this book as well.Chloe is from the Blizzards clan that nearly wiped out the Norther Lights bears. She is tired of looking over her shoulders and trying to keep everything in the past. She is headed to Northern Canada to become a ice road driver for three months in order to make enough money to start a new life in Maine. Everything is going great until she meets Seth.Seth isw the only member of the Northern Lights Clan that isn't mated and he is getting restless. He read where you can be an ice road driver for three months and make 80,000. So he talks it over with Neal, the Alpha and leader of the clan and then Seth is on his way to Canada. That is where he meets Chloe.Can Seth take Chloe home to Alaska? Will his clan accept her since she is a member of the Blizzard clan even though she wants to forget that part of her life? You must read this book. It is in my opinion the best of the 7 books and I am sorry that it is the end of the series. Read it and fall in love the Northern Clan all over again.

He started clan wars and decimated many clans. Chloe has been on the run since the blizzard clan locked claws with the northing light bear clan and lost. Chloe applies for a job as an ice Road trucker. Hoping to never run across another shifter who knew about the blizzards.. As her luck would have it she runs across Seth Seth clan was totally wiped out by the Blizzards. Seth was taken in by the northern lights clan. Seth's instant hatred for Chloe was not to be Beared for fate had chosen her for him. Will they preserver
