It is a good book, for sure, but it is a very basic guide. If you are already playing this great game and doing well, you have no use for this guide. However, if you are starting and you are not very skillful or you don't understand some key concepts, this can be really helpful because it covers every core aspect of the game in simple way.

It's got some good information that could be grabbed off the internet, however this packages it nice and tidy for the avid minecraft player.I think the format and editing of the book could use a little work as well. But if you just want some basic information on minecraft and how to survive it's deadly challenges, then this book definitely would be of help.
