This book finds Alexis being sent to Earth because Lait, her mate, thinks that she and the child will have a better life there instead of hiding forever on Turot. Of course things don't go as planned, but that makes it all the more adventurous. Great storylines. Great adventures. Give them a try. I received a free copy of this book for an honest review.

If you read the first book Auctioned to the Alien you will understand when I say that the love between Liat and Lexi was so moving that I cried thru the last half of the book when Liat sent Lexi back to earth so that she could have their child on earth and not have to worry about the other aliens finding her and giving her back to her slave master. I am happy to report that the second book is happy and didn’t make me cry. Lexi made it back to earth and is back with her sister Anna. They are on the run and Anna is working under the counter at a hotel while Lexi stays in the hotel room all day. Everything is going good until Tyler shows up again turns Lexi into the Turot’s again. Lexi and Anna manage to leave just before the Turot’s arrive to capture her and they move two towns over and stay at another motel and hideout. Meanwhile, Liat is still on planet Wice. Liat is devastated that his soulmate is gone and that he will probably never see her again. But he did what he thought was best for the wellbeing of his mate and his unborn child. That is until he sees a broadcast on the TV that the missing slave that was presumed dead on planet wice is currently alive and on planet earth. The Turot military had come to ask if Liat had had contact with the commanders slave girl. Liat said yes and they took him into custody and took him to the commander. His plan is to wait until he has the opportunity to get away and steal a space ship or capsule and get to earth to protect Lexi. The commander makes him give a speech. It is supposed to be about having Lexi turn herself in to the Turot authorities. Instead he tells the world about his and Lexi’s relationship, how they fell in love, and are expecting a child and how the commander doesn’t care about the fact that they are fated mates and are having a child and that he wants to kill Liat and possibly Lexi when he gets her back. The Turot hold children sacred and Turot males are only fertile with their fated mates. This is the first halfbreed child between human and Turot. Liat gets away from his captures after making the speech and using a capsule makes his way to earth. He lands within 20 minutes of where she currently is. Liat and Lexi are reunited and are approached by a scientist who used to work for NASA before the invasion. Now he work underground with a bunch of the scientists from NASA who are trying to takeout the Turot government and set up a new government one who want to be friends with earth and have interspecies relationships. They want to set up Liat and Lexi as the new leaders of planet Wice. They have the people of Wice vote and they become the new leaders of the planet. They will be modeling the rest of the government after the way earth is run. I really liked this book and am so happy that they were able to get back together and get their happy ending. I thought the author did a great job with story line and character development. I fell in love with Liat and Lexi. I can’t wait to read more stories by this author. I remember being in tears after reading the first book and had to wait weeks until the next one. Well it was worth it to say the least. I wish it went a little more in depth in certain parts but over all it not only gave me a great story but a happy ending.I'm now going to beg to Enne to please continue this series! It was such a unique little world/universe she built that I can't help but want more. I would love to read about Lexi's sister Anna and her story of finding her true mate on Wice.
