About the Author Christi Golden-Clark lost her ability to walk, but hasn't let her disability hold her back. She is an independent businesswoman with a degree in business administration and has held licenses in real estate and insurance and has a Child Development certificate. Christi has five children, twelve grandchildren, and two dogs. She is the founder and director of Overcomers of Domestic Violence and Writers Reign of Asheville and is also involved in many church activities.

Well written Indie Book By Angela Beach Silverthorne, award winning author Christi Golden-Clark presents readers with a raw picture of her life of abuse, rebellion, and poor choices. Abuse threads itself throughout the book, both physical and emotional. Knowing this, you would think the book would be dark and gloomy. Instead, the author paints her 60's teen life in vivid colors of fast cars, hot guys, and rock 'n roll music. At times you almost forget the horrendous things happening to her, because even in the midst of hardship and suffering, she finds diversions to release the stressful life she's living. Having worked with abused children and women, I got an intimate glimpse into why abuse is so pervasive in our society. When there is no trust, love is misunderstood. Words become double-edged swords of pain and reprisal or tenderness and passion. Add to this an angst-filled teenage mindset and you have earth, wind, and fire straining against one another. A well written Indie novel with an added bonus of pictures - people, places, and crime scene mentioned in the book.

I really enjoyed if I can't have you no one else can By Jean Morrow I really enjoyed if I can't have you no one else can ...From chapter to chapter it was hard for me to put the book down ...Many women need to read this book to know what can happen in the end ...Because a women thinks she is loved to death may be true ...Could happen ...Be careful ...This book is about a man that thinks that love is shown by mental and physical abuse ...I am excited to know that there is a second book I Will Survive ... Can't Wait ...

Like what is behind door number three. The next page could be good or could be exciting or a thriller. So mix this with romance and you have a good read. If you like cars and fast rides you like to hear about a little girl that could drive anything. Joan H Gosnell
