Inspiring and relatable journey By Julia Gulia I picked this up off a friend's bookshelf, and I became so engrossed in Joni's story that I took it home and finished it in a few days. She shares her journey of finding grace in Jesus while living a carefree lifestyle many would have envied, but she found empty and unfulfilling. Joni relays her life journey by connecting it with Biblical stories, all the while expressing her doubts, fears, uncertainties, and victories. I found her story relatable, inspiring, and honest in a season where I found myself walking through my own wilderness. My only critique is that the grammar and spelling mistakes were frequent enough to be distracting, and, in my opinion, call for an updated edition. Other than that, I can't wait to read the next volume!!
