5 of 5 people found the following review helpful. I'm sorry By Kindle Customer I have read others of Lola's that I enjoyed, but this one isn't included with those. The 2 characters getting together was good simply because they were both so stupid they were made for each other. A lot of authors note asking us to leave a review "if you enjoyed the book". I'm a firm believer that it goes both ways-I won't just leave fluffy happiness. Fair is fair.

Her body guard, Alek, is a tiger shifter who is clueless about most basic shifter knowledge yet he's heard of all the legends. This book was not the best shifter book I've read.The writing was juvenile and unrealistic. Jessica and Alek are cordial, but as soon as he tells her she's his mate she's ready to have sex with him. It was all just too choppy and not written well.Only read this if there aren't any other shifter books left to read and you need something to tide you over.

I'm incredibly glad I got this for free as an Unlimited, because I'd be livid if I'd wasted money on this drivel. Supposedly the plot is based on Aladdin, but that is such a stretch that it's laughable. Yes, there's a lamp, and a spoiled daddy's girl who acts like a complete spoiled brat, but that's it. The so-figured "Aladdin" figure, being a guard for the girl, and a shifter when her father's Anti-Shifter, is about as interesting as anything gets. Except there's no build up to anything,She runs away, gets caught.Runs away, gets caught.Runs away, he follows herThey find ~the lamp~All of a sudden they can't keep their pants on because where there's never been a hint they're not too hot to trot.End.Come on, people!
