She avoids the technical jargon and provides a straight-forward approach to making social media work for the individual, small business, or large enterprise.As a professional 55 year old male working through a doctoral program, I have argued that social media requires large amounts of time with little benefit. D’Souza (2015) provides ample evidence that social media aids the professional in branding themselves and improving their public profile while enhancing a learning platform.
